Gee here's what should've been highlighted. The FDA told Elite in 2014 they didn't need to run a heavy meal TMax test and they changed their mind. The FDA is the entity that have the help and final okay regarding Elite's phase 3 trial in the first place. So hardly shorty research here. That gets pinned rightfully so on the FDA.
