Browns coach Hue Jackson expects Josh McCown to be the team's starting quarterback against the Jets. Cody Kessler seems unlikely to get cleared from his concussion, paving the way for McCown's return. It will probably be a one-off, as Jackson seems intent on developing Kessler. McCown will have some QB2 streamer appeal against the Jets' burnable defense, but doesn't have many weapons to work with. Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter Oct 27 - 1:56 PM
