The simple answer to your question is “yes”.

I encountered some health problems earlier this year that has forced me to retire. I am still on the board and a major stockholder. I know that work continues on securing funding to implement company strategies.

This was from about a week ago. I think same day you saw a buy at .0002 for about 7 million. It was not me so I thought maybe someone else got a reply to their questions with maybe more specifics?? This part was just a thought....
