$TURV GCP 1 Greenhouse Receives CO Investor Update 10/27/16

After repairing $100,000+ of damage created by the last tenant, GCP 1 received a new Certificate of Occupancy (CO) yesterday for the greenhouse.

 Over the next few weeks, crews will finish the construction of the associated warehouse and processing center and receive a CO for that building.

The indoors of the greenhouse is now repaired and spic-n-span as you can see from the short video below.

The lighting was recently tested at night, also pictured below.

Clones have been ordered by the new tenant and are currently being grown in another location.

The new tenant is busy getting ready to take occupancy, once a change of location has been approved, which is expected at the next Pueblo County licensing meeting.
