Thank you for your help, I've been busy and have not got a chance to do much. But I'll take a jab at it to see why you bought it and when you going to sell:

BUY: around 10:10 AM EST? due to: broken trendline? MACD cooling off, STO and WM%R turning neg, along with chiOS flat?

SEll: you are about to sell here in 5-15 mins? due to chiOS, rsi, Sto turning +?
