When you work for a company any work you do for them is the companies property. In this case we contracted with them to develop the platform. I can't see how Ximedica can then have any right to ownership of the patent, regardless of who is listed as the inventor. Titan is listed as the assignee. I think they are the sole owner. You can bet that all the time this guy spent working on this invention was billed to Titan. Why should we pay for this and then have Ximedica own the patent?
