Its been blatantly clear around here for a long time. Only those who chose not to see what was happening for real, are surprised by any of this. They have clearly ramped up dilution since the findings and mentions of what appears to be figuring out the punishment. Theres been clear liquidation since. Its obvious to those without BIEL rose color glasses that this liquidations timeframe is showing fear they might not be around, trading, or able to raise money soon. As we see some longs finally selling out, they will be glad they did even at losses, than sticking around and seeing it all gone. But to see the activity and be surprised by any of this, is the only surprise.

From trials ending this month that haven't even started, to won't need FDA anymore, to dilution is over so they are profitable, only got some to buy much higher, only to see even averages down, lose, lose and continue losing more and more money to the crooked family scam.

Save what you can because Halts, Chills, and fines too large to continue operations, are all death sentences to smallcaps.
