TO ILNL RE CEO LETTER

All I can say with high confidence is that at least one draft has been written. I am puzzled as to why it has not been released. Perhaps there is internal debate as to how candid it should be.

If I were on the BOD, I would be voting for extreme candor. My thought would be; hey the party is going to be over in less than 2 years why not go out with some dignity and integrity.

My letter would start thus: We are sorry to inform our shareholders, but the development of a nanoviricide that can be produced in quantity with good quality has proven to be far more difficult than originally envisioned. This is not to say it is impossible. In fact, given sufficient resources we still think we can do it, but that will require more funding. It is not reasonable to expect investors to fund us after 12 years and no success.
