Message from the CEO of $CSOC:

Dear all,
I have received a message regarding the fine little point of the search engine. I have kept all of my email inquiries since I have taken over CSOC (2 years) and I thought I should do you the courtesy of sending you all the same answer to a fundamental question posed to me today regarding today's 8-K material event filing. Please feel free to disseminate to your twitter or group as I would like openness in discussion. However I do respond to only cordial discussions and not banter or insinuation or any trappings that make me sound elusive as I am a plain talker.

This email is BCC so nobody has any exposure to this list. It is probably 50 people or so, so it's not a big list of people that inquired about our little company. But I do think the Company has matured significantly since I have made my last significant posted of the Form 15 back in February 2015, so progress has been made. Perhaps there will be more emails?

For the one person whom I have responded, I sent you a message from my phone, and so I was very rude by not giving you a proper greeting or salutation. I apologize for that.

I would like to give you (all) a better answer now that I am in front of a terminal.

The search engine is currently a meta crawler, but it is not going to be a meta crawler since there is abuse in meta taggings (as we see inn Altavista or excite or Hotbot). It is a script that traverses based on topics via entry and submission for result on major search engines. This is not ideal.
The search engine I intend to make has human uration elements which are already made but not put together. The modules came mostly from jquery interactions and from the source code of the deprecated Caduceus MMS software. What exactly? heat mapping from third party libraries that sense the movement and timing of hovers over terms on a page. The person does not necessarily need to submit a search link, but it is a concept of record/report/submit if relevant.
The engine has been partially built with the data modelling (database) but the front end work has to be redone since the engine results are not categorized well. This is a big deficiency on all indexable and index databased-search engines.

The rough time for launch depends on the milestones. Internally I have 12 milestones. But the first milestone of A) getting pink current so that the company does not get delisted, is a very big milestone. That deserves a 1 week celebration after 20,000 of my private money. the second milestone is hardware, and so on and so forth.
I will probably share a more detailed milestone as it goes on. Although I am a proponent for open source and collaboration, the search space seems vicious and so I do not think it would be wise for me to fully disclose the code with a GNU or GPL3 license. I think I might need to get it patented but that is for a later stage.

In summary,
yes it is being worked on.
no it is not functioning as per my liking because it currently is not a big differentiation. We need this a disruptive piece of technology, so probably some funding will be necessary (not forward-looking but a logic conclusion)
milestone wise it is hard to gauge, as their are search engines that really are interested in collaborating with me or just see my IP as a threat and want to buy and shelf it. I approached a search engine about the idea and they wanted to buy it to shelf it. This was a very small search engine too.

I think the technology is there but is the public ready for it? that is a debate topic.

Also, can you please follow me on twitter and proliferate your reach because I will only work through enthusiasm of the product otherwise it would be a deemed useless venture. My business plan could be flawed but twitter following and retweets validates that I am on some proper wavelength.

thanks

PS: and yes I always say you can disseminate my replies since we are not in the spy / elusive / forward-looking business. I just say what I just said but with more verbosity in email format.

PS #2: No I do not use ihub but I did use it to disseminate news once and I will not use it anymore since it is too expensive for it's circulation. I respect the community but I think going forward 8k material events is what I will be focussing on since news that is worthwhile should be in the form of an 8k and not just on the wire without Edgar compliancy.
