A CEO is a good planner with a vision to carry it out which is important.
Communication and a clear precise PR is also needed after the plan is set. Not sooner

Looks like $APYP registered in SD is partial to a plan hinged on a vote.
This also would be called well prepared not just talk, for however the SD MJ vote goes. As I read it.

I think the CEO McKinnon is already working on the complicated legal issues as they can. It's noted in past news releases about Mckinnon's past MJ sector company, that his fellow leagl team was top notch and experienced in the new Cannibis laws. So I'd say he knows who and how.

I doubt Mckinnon is sitting waiting.

Just my take at this point.
