According to the 8k filed, the exclusive period for the Zapata deal has passed, Oct 15. According to the imscQ document, Zapata (the supposedly great, in demand company with ground breaking technology) is now free to do a deal with ANY company. If the opinions posted here about Zapata are even 10% accurate, there should be hundreds of companies RUNNING to close a deal with Zapata now, correct?

"The LOI provides that Zapata may not solicit, initiate or enter into discussions, negotiations or transactions with any other party concerning the disposition of Zapata or any similar transaction until October 15, 2016. "
