While sifting through all filings of the past 4 years, we stumbled upon Nicolas Kanellopoulos (still listed as shareholder of The Club's Choice Holdings) and Peter Kanellopoulos. Peter Kanellopoulos is an accountant by trade and (co-)owns Trilogic inc with address 5475 Rue Pare Montreal. The Kanellopoulos brothers are involved in The Clubs Choice Holding/HE-5 Resources Corp/Fansfrenzy and should know how to account for the acquisition by HE-5 Resources of The Clubs Holding Company and/or its brand Fansfrenzy. According to all filings that were made (and signed off) by Gary P. Molinaro, Fansfrenzy (and Fransfrenzy.com) is a brand (and therefore an asset) of HE-5 Resources Corp. The good news of this all: Molinaro and Manoian cannot back out of HE-5 Resources Corp, unlike Michel Zgarka did with XII Tribes a few years ago.
