Tell that to those that bailed INN* got similar funding went from 65 cents to 24 cents floor was supposedly 25 it has dipped below that a bunch of times. Slice it any way you want it's toxic funding and new shares will be hitting the market any bounce if any will be short lived as anyone seeing profits will bail.

For starters compare this 8k to the one from OWC* got 300k funding with no conversion rights and no shares issued and that ticker has zero convertibles. Market has spoken on this one 50% drop in a single day of trading tells me many know what is coming and do not want be around to see their investment plummet.

Again let's watch and see how this trades this week if am wrong I come back and admit it
