You're pretty good at cutting and pasting without giving context ?? but That's literally the most inaccurate assessment of an 8k I've heard in a while.

Will set a "New 52 week low." Oh you think so doctor? How do you figure with a funding at .40 and management being locked up for an extended period of time. Volume has been steadily increasing and it held .66 today.

Did you bother to look at the accumulation line today and the base that was formed between .65-.70? Obviously not...

This isn't dilution like MJ*A or Cbi*. Did you look at the SS (that stands for share structure) There's debt and then there's an equity purchase. The difference is toxic funding has no bottom and what usually works out to be a 50%+ discount to market on conversion (dilution) and a 120% repayment on the loan. This was a capital raise with an equity partner taking a stake in the company. Roth capital deal mainly with Biotech Companies listed on Nasdaq, they aren't messing with diluted pigs with authorized shares in the billions, but I'll play devils advocate for a minute....

Fully diluted this is nothing, but even if they were hitting bid after bid there is still a hold period well past the elections and the topical conversation around biotechs being the best investment in Cannabis. How do I know that this is the topic? Because I just got done writing two in Forbes directly related to MJ Biotech... Food for thought, good luck but I think you're vastly underestimating the market.
