FWIW, I personally believe NM, LLC is a YA subsidiary. Regardless of the state in which it is incorporated, the company holds the identical address as YA in New Jersey. Add to this the fact that a YA Director is listed online as the new manager of the Neom website, and I simply have to believe it is walking, quacking, and smelling like the animal it is.
However, should my theory (as weak as it may now be) be accurate, a reverse merger would eventually heal the issue completely.
Perhaps I am overly naive, however, I simply find it difficult to believe that YA (and Laura, who served as Chairman and CEO during the approximately 4 months in which Neom lost ALL legal protection under Delaware law this year) would risk serious lawsuits from shareholders over a meager 10% of outstanding shares which we, the outsiders, own.
Nevertheless, regardless of any of my theories, I look forward to reading of the forthcoming lawsuits iHubbers have posted about.
Best,
