Should be a one time, set account fee to transfer out if you transfer everything in kind. Call E or whomever you choose and they'll gladly start the process for you. If you waffle a bit they usually give you more stuff. I transferred something to them a while back, they credited me $75 for the fee paid to the other broker and gave me 6 months/200 trades, whichever came first, something like that as I recall, don't seem as generous currently though. Delays your trading ability a little bit. RS fees suck, different from broker to broker too...good luck.
