They only produced 10,000 bbl in 2015. That means the only ran their plant for about 40 days at the 250 bbl day rate. There plant probably shut down around Feb 2015. Therefore, when it starts up around Feb or later in 2017 it will have been 2 years since they have generated any revenue.
