That's mean market makers are just transferring shares between them after hours and it's no any meaning.
you can check the history of DNRG, they did it everyday. Yesterday's after hours trade is 10M with 0.0013 too.

Please note that today MM use a lot of numbers on bid. 33333, 53333,
833333 etc. this mean: urgent, I need to more shares please push the price down so I can load more share.

What's this mean (after hours transferred 10M more everyday and trade number 33333)? it looks like MM know something will happen and this stock will go to moon moon. it's very similar like one stock I bought before. It might runs to 0.02-0.03 if MM will keeping scare people to unload their share in next few days. we will see.
