$ZMRK-is-close-to-dead. Still-no-Crayola-or-M&M-jewelry-in-stores. CEO-"puppet"-Raymond-Ruiz-promised-that-the-registration-and-audit-would-be-completed-a-month-ago. The audit has been stated as happening every year since 2010. But in June of this year the felon Steven Zale's puppet, sent out a letter to the stockholders stating by end of Q3 the audit and registration would be completed. Just more lies to keep the "fish" from panicking.

As far as Zalemark trading thin: This stock used to trade over 200,000 shares on a daily basis. Now when it's PPS is sub penny, there are weeks that go by without a trade. Within the next couple of weeks the Q3 will be out. ZMRK has not shown any real sales or revenue for years. What was shown as sales was completely wiped out by "Bad Debt". Who received the inventory on those Bad Debt sales? No audit no transparency. Only B.S.
