Is this Goh_Teik_Keng dumping his shares at $3.00_per_share? According to the 8-K he owns all of them but SHaun and family have billions of the free trading shares that weren't affected by the R/S and were probably converted from FLXR to VWIN. Keng may have his own scam going in Asia with their investors panicking and looking for something to put their money in so he bought FLXR for the shares to dump on Asian investors.
