Okay, so now its 8%. Where is the source of this number? And, can you show us where the terms and conditions of a loan state that if the assets are above a certain percentage, that the lender can have input to pricing?

How about this. Not just for IMSC, but for any business. Show me one case in the history of business where a lender has the ability to influence pricing for a borrower.

One last thing. What happens if a business prices their products too high compared to competitors. What happens to sales?
