Ted, lenders lend. They have work to do. That work does not involved looking at the internal business of companies after they lend to them. They have no say, legal or contractual, in how the company runs their business.

You seem to have a large misunderstanding of the role of a lender. Lenders do not own the business. Shareholders do.

Does your bank who wrote your mortgage tell you what to do in your job Ted? Do they say you should be working more hours to increase your income? Same for lending to a business.
