I have also heard from a distributor that Bates said he was restructuring but no further information as to what that means. I think that WSTI is still supplying parts (or somethings) for units to distributors but that may just be calls to suppliers for things regarding their sub-units in the Mills.

The trading pattern, the lack of information, the paucity of information outside the country and so on make it "normal" to speculate trying to make some sense of it all.
