Scott has been "sell only" for over a year, a few others more or less the same. E will let you buy, but they rarely say no. Massive dilution, zero product, zero management, dark and defunct, $5,000,000 delinquent, court ordered cash judgement...Shea D buried this garbage long ago and only someone as low as Canouse is willing to digest his sloppy seconds, thirds, etc...RS tough without filings, dumping before delisting more likely IMO.
