You are indeed correct about Me being off about the earnings date.

I was going by the amount of time that the February and May Quarterly's were released.

I just got a response from Investor Relations about the 4th Quarter Release time.

It reads like this:

What I can't understand is that they have a much longer time to report the 4th Quarter compared to the last TWO previously reported ones?

Looks like it has to do with Full Year Earnings report included at the same time.
