You state "The only info there (at otcmarkets.com) is for the past 2 years"
That assertion is verifiably false. As I have repeatedly posted, unaudited financials are available since 2012. See below for the information available for any that want to know facts about the company. I have posted it and questioned why ROTH should be held to a different standard than any other company that posts unaudited results and therefore is on otcmarkets. The response has been a change of subject. Here it is for review:
Name date and price paid along with other required information are listed for shares sold or issued for services in each quarterly supplemental for the 2 years prior. I note that since the 2012 annual report (earliest listed filing on otcmarkets.com) when 180,950,000 shares were outstanding, all share sales and prices have been listed up to the current period. Let's be clear that what is required and what other companies do is release ongoing sales for the 2 years prior in the filings. What you have asked is to list information for ALL shares outstanding, which would include any sales since inception ever since there has been a trading market for ROTH shares.
Missing from the discussion is addressing or backing up your previous statement that the entire contractual agreement with Canagen should be included in an 8K (post 6535,6538) and the previous statement that ALL shares outstanding should be listed with name, date and price paid. I have included my previous response below so it can be addressed.
If your Request is reasonable, then it should be no trouble to post, from any other publicly held company of your choice, a list of names, dates, and purchase price for ALL the current shares of that issuer.
Remember, this can be any listed company of your choice. It shouldn't be difficult if such information is released by any listed company
