I hope for shareholders - but Peterson hasn't shown any respect for shareholders in the past.

There will be those buying without reading or understanding Proposition 64 on the California ballot.

In my opinion due to the extremely high tax rates on recreational marijuana in Prop 64 - it would the black market demand even higher.

There are still many details to be clarified if 64 passes.

Here is a example of one problem: "Tue., Oct. 18: The Cupertino City Council voted to ban recreational marijuana dispensaries and facilities in response to Proposition 64.


"Are you gonna pull those pistols or whistle Dixie?"
