As for the lawsuit, they haven't said but you probably have to wonder if deferring the licensing payments wasn't discussed with Rohan and agreed to in a meeting at one point and may even have been verbally agreed to but then that could be why Rohan started dumping his stock because other family members weren't happy with having to wait and they decided to kill the licensing deal... but only after using the insider info to bail on all the stock. Was that legal??
