They weren't always dead, you know. I watched them fall to that level after being pumped and promoted, all the while trying to make people aware of what was going on. I came to follow USEI through a series of other scams, starting with what is now FRTD, but started out as SPRA that led me to Miller.

If you're going to play USEI, I'd advise you not to set your expectations too high as I doubt there will be anything behind any pump that a group could muster on it.
