I love a good fairy tale - any investment advice that included investing in the LTNC scam - is advice without reading or understanding the real DD.

Let's look at a few of the Schadel disasters.

1. Stopped filing any financial information since September 2015.

2. Filing a Form 15 and officially going dark.

3. The related party transaction with Kimmy and TSGL was illegal.

4. Schadel has been selling assets.

5. He has stopped communicating with shareholders.

6. Schadel tried to pull a fast one and moved out of a office he could no longer afford but a shareholder caught him moving on a Sunday.

7. Schadel increased the A/S by 7 Billion.

8. After he filed the Form 15 he started to dump hundreds of millions possibly Billions of shares since he no longer had to file Form 4s.

9. Schadel has a million dollar tax lien on the company that he never reported to shareholders or filed in the financials.

10. Where did the $1+ million loan that TSGL got from TCA go - as it all went to LTNC?

11. Schadel used shareholders money to buy worthless stock in the Fong pump and dump.

Schadel is worse than just being incompetent - many of his actions are illegal.
