Those acquisition 8Ks that he did file are indeed fake.

The BeachCandy 8K I've proven false already.
BeachCandy responded and said the PR was fake. There are screenshots and if you want, I can forward you the e-mail from BeachCandy.

The Healthcare 8K is fake as well. No details at all. Just just vague and misleading statements. Call the healthcare company and confirm the PR. That's the only way you know that it's real. And it won't be.

What else do you need? The Asher 8K is BS and not transparent either because after all these years he didn't mention ONCE the lawsuit that Asher filed against him. That's not transparency. That's lying by omission. And all of a sudden, the suit is magically resolved for $100K (out of $300K plus he owed) and he's the hero, right?
