I'm not finding where "several payments were made to a contract manufacturer" in any of the Quarterly or Annual reports. Please provide links if you can.

What I have found is several statements indicating that...
On the most recent transaction Alpha financed our acquisition of specialty manufacturing equipment to facilitate our contract manufacturer in Korea.

...and the latest Balance Sheet shows Specialty manufacturing equipment valued at $560,995.


The language and accounting both suggest that DECN has acquired equipment and placed it with the Korean manufacturer. If, as you say, DECN has also made several payments to them please provide whatever details you have about those payments. They don't appear to be "outlined in the various Quarterly and Annual Reports".
