BP I bought shares of patriot coal towards the end of 13. They are still being shown as an open position. Now they did refile again after the restructuring process but as of now my position is still open 3 years later. I'm not sure if they will remain in limbo but I thought they would cancel the shares and record it as a loss but right now it looks just like my hipp position.
