HHSE A/S Voluntarily Reduced From 10,000,000,000 To 700,000,000



When HHSE began publicly trading in December 2009, the stock (TDGI then) had Authorized Shares of 10,000,000,000. On March 5, 2010 HHSE voluntarily reduced Authorized Shares to 700,000,000. A reduction of 9,000,000,300 shares.
