CDLN employees are going to repeat the company line, that's part of what they are paid for.

KJ (and probably his family/buddies) are earning a nice fat wage the longer this goes on, I doubt they care about dilution.

If you bought shares for $1.00 then you don't have much left to lose anyways.

This company was never justified to have a $50m market cap. Investors got fleeced by the hype.

"Scam" is an overused word, in this situation I would guess "incompetent" is a better description of how this company has been run.
