Yeppers, averaging down is not my cup o' tea. Averaging up is preferable and just the right brew.

As the price of oil appears to drive the price of CBI, it may be reasonable to assume that a meaningful increase in the cost of crude is the key to CBI's price.

So we wait for crude to advance, which it will.

I may lower my triple to a double---depending.
