LOL...Audits were nearly complete over a year ago, heck they were nearly complete months ago, remeber they met with OTC for a meeting to file?....Do people realize the share price has to be over .01 to up tier? Is Greg really suckering investors that don't know the rules and maitaining his business of selling shares to unknowing sapps? There are minimum requirements to up tier, Sorry SING doesn't meet none of them....Advise Greg to inform shareholders of requirements and what he is doing to reach these.
