Seen a number of dead stocks where MM gives institutions one final run. During that run the price is elevated to allow them to get out.

If you jumped in at .50 lost about half of investment on bail-out. Not saying that's the case here but I remember where investor relations told me after a major drop last year no fears, heavily "hedged." Next day filed BR.
