August default judgment by a customer for not paying on a settlement for a lawsuit ARYC lost

ARYC has admitted in SEC filings they owe the IRS a lot for unpaid taxes, including amounts they withheld from employees but kept.

On top of that they have paid themselves over $5 million in stock and never paid withholding or even reported the compensation to the IRS

ARYC has even shown in their own court filings the signed away all IP to food pathogen to plaintiffs in 2015 and that they willfully withheld other amounts they owed the plaintiff's..
