Stock: I just called, Best Way is still a part of AACS.

I spoke to someone in public relations, he said the two gentleman that resigned from the BoD did so because it was a conflict of interest; they are on the BoD of the credit company and the bank told them they couldn't be on both.

They are trying to get their financials in order, we may not see any filings until December.
