I don't know. I have looked at lots of BK-related (and IP) sites and feel more confused than ever. I guess it is, as I said before, that I cannot find any apples-to-apples cases or precedent. Like "Acme Pharma filed Chapter 7 but had really valuable IP and it was sold for $XYZ" But if we figure it out here, I'm all in on getting on the record somehow.
