Witty - I don't doubt that a merger will take place. I also know that Mr. Frack isn't holding this up on his end.

Lee is the issue, as he tip toes at a snail's pace with paperwork. The share price has taken a huge hit the past few weeks despite promises of being so close to releasing remaining filings. I really hate to say it but this is headed to .01 or lower.
