For those of us that received shares of ORRV as a dividend from DPBE, and still own it (I sold a long time ago, but have followed the company since) there is BIG NEWS.
The company has been reinstated. A new person took over and the company has been updated and is back in existence. No, it has nothing to do with the old company. Not diving again. No emeralds. But the SHELL was bought out, and the stock has traded over 125,000,000 (Yes, 125 million!) shares already today.
What does it mean for those holding it? Probably a lot of dilution but then a stake in a company that will be worth a little again. It can't get worse than the .0001 it was at until it was taken over. SO if you own it, keep your eyes on it, as it is ALIVE again. Alive I tell you!! Alive!!!!!!! (oh, sorry. got carried away)
Better than the .0001 this one is at too. Maybe someone will eventually buy THIS shell. Because that is all this is at this point, in spite of claims otherwise.
Anyway, for those owning the dividend form DPBE, this is pertinent news.
