sorry jack , I mean elliot 09. but I cant change what I find on the pages of the SEC and other legal pages that have been filed , if you think I;;m short ,then why do I have 500,000 for sale???? with warrants that expire at .07?? do a little more homework . look on the FERC.gov website and look up docket EC16-44 and get back to me
