Nope. After that tweet about donations on the new web page what sense does it make? Just to hear them say it's an innovative non-dilutive measure and pat themself on the back? Had Manny only said this was the kind of out of sorts company and CEO he had lined up for us, i would have run for the hills. But of course, he had a plan to sell shares so he went with "deal of the year" instead. IMO of course
