Fair points, but I have not seen any indication or evidence that WF employees were instructed to open bad or fraudulent accounts, and have only read of employees who were terminated because it was learned that they had opened unapproved/fraudulent accounts to mask the fact that they were not legitimately meeting their sales goals. Under that scenario I cannot imagine any legal claim they could assert.
