Ahhh so now KB isn't developing test strips, he is instead an agent for a foreign government. I think it more likely that KB is a deponent on behalf of Cowan.
I wonder what happened to all that money his people stated was sent to South Korea.
I don't believe "his people" stated anything. Instead several payments were made to a contract manufacturer in Korea. Emphasis on the word "contract." This is all outlined in the various Quarterly and Annual Reports.
PRetty easy to set up a slush fund overseas.
