Will an 8K be coming - dumping shares again?

Looks like smart money investors have been dumping as fast as the investors who have not read the PHOT financials and about the related business and tax problems can buy the overvalued shares.

This week, so far, has been a great opportunity for a start to the dumping of hundreds of millions more shares. Lots more to follow, plus we'll likely hear of yet another tranche of the convertible note dilution coming, since PHOT may be running out of cash again.
