Think EXAI has real potential. AmericaTowne wanted to go public through IPO, but terminated that. Now it looks like they are going public with their divisions, first they bought majority common shares in GREI (ran from .2 to 6.5) and now they are doing the same with EXAI. Interesting thing is they paid 350k to do that (175k each), while they could have bought a shell much cheaper and have complete control instead of being a majority shareholder.
