day traders are so funny, the lower a stock goes the more you sell, the higher it goes the more you buy

it seems to me that now that this stock has come back to reality at .25, this would be a better time to buy than anytime in the last couple months. in the last few months they have come out with more products. Also, there is an earnings date coming up that the company has said they are on track for their higher projected revenues.

The story has not changed and yet all the day traders do is sell as if it has, these people always confuse me. Why were they in in the first place? Because they saw the stock rising like crazy and thought they could get lucky?
